‘The One World Schoolhouse’: Salman Khan’s vision for education, in his new book.

Due to the current worst ever catastrophic Rain Flood in the province of Sindh, millions of people have been displaced and hundreds have lost their lives. All those displaced people had to leave their houses, belonging and are roaming here and there looking for a place or shelter, food and water to live by. It is a pity that they are starving and fighting for their survival. Their hue and cry is genuine. They look totally helpless when they see their children fighting for food, water and clothes.

In this worst and desperate situation, it is the responsibility of every single person and welfare organizations to come forward and contribute for the relief and rehabilitation of our poor countrymen.

It is requested that all the local and international social activists play their role and help those who are in our need…as God help those who help themselves.

At this point in time, food items, tents/shelters, medicines, clothing are badly needed.

We look forward to your kind and brotherly response in this regard.

Video blog: What I saw in Badin – The Express Tribune Blog.

Two hundred people have fallen prey to the devastation that hit Badin and other areas in Sindh by more than 1,000 millimeters of rain in the last month. This is the heaviest rainfall ever recorded in Sindh. Compare this to the 70 odd millimeters of rain that has fallen in Karachi over the past few days and one begins to realize the magnitude of the catastrophe Sindh is facing.

I was in Badin earlier this week to with a group of volunteers calledSA Relief. I witnessed, first hand, what exactly was going on. From our entrance into the Golarchi area to Badin to Nindo, Khoski and Shade Laerge it was the same dismal story. Vast swathes of land on either side of the road were completely inundated with water. I have been working in flood relief since 2010 and I have to say that I have not seen this much water in my entire life. The flooding is so intense, that for several stretches there is no land in sight at all. In fact, I felt like I was driving in the middle of the sea – it was terrifying and saddening at the same time.

DAWN.COM | Pakistan | One million more displaced in floods.

All started suddenly and thousands died, millions displaced, hundreds of villages vanished in the matter of just 4 days!!…strangely there were no weather warnings, no alarms.. these are the worst floods in the history of Pakistan BUT no one from Global MET offices could even trace what is going on in this region? We have investigated this matter and concluded that HAARP has recently been used in NW area of Pakistan .. the choice of starting point was perfect.. all the flood is going in downstream i.e. Khyber Hills to Karachi Sea… it is designed to submerge entire Pakistan and bring up the worst crises and chaos ever happened.. they know they cant win a war with Nuclear armed Pakistan – it would be a mutual destruction, so they have other ways to do it! HAARP High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program is a little-known, yet critically important U.S. military defense program. HAARP can and has been used for weather modification, to cause earthquakes and tsunamis, to disrupt global communications systems, and more.
